I highly recommend the Unidoll real body for MnM heads. Theya re bulky enough to handle the size of the head.

I think its a recent thing. I have one and I LOVE it. He has odd sized feet but Dollmore Model Girl shoes fit...they have some nice boots and such. he fits in hound shirts but he needs his own size pants, so if you order and they have pants in stock, I would order those too.
