[ What is this complete stranger doing... She knows that voice from somewhere, though. Anyway, Kanaya calls out to him. ]

May I suggest perusing the nearest lexicon before making any further announcements?

[...Oh hey he knows that voice.]

Hello-- [Oh wait why is he using this. He puts down the megaphone and smiles.] Hello, Kanaya. It's been a while.

[ Is that - wow. She's less concerned with saying hello than noticing the place where a huge cue ball used to be... ]

You look [ What's a word for it... ] strange. It seems that they've forced you to bend to the rules of this space as well.

[Yeah it's pretty terrible. They replaced his handsome head with this ugly old man head.]

I look human. No worries. With any hope I shall soon be returned to my former glory!

HEY!

[ Ilsa winces as he passes by the house with the megaphone. ]

If you'll put down the megaphone for a few minutes, I'll tell you what you want to know.

Certainly! [And he puts it down.] Good day, Ms. Higa.

Come on in, this is going to take a while.

[ She serves iced tea, and launches into an explanation into Communism. And since she's at level 3, she's telling the truth, the whole truth, and how communism is related to Marxism, with corollary information on how it is different from capitalism, socialism, fascism, monarchy, anarchy, theocracy and democracy. Just to be sure she covers the subject adequately, she details what she knows about the different communist regimes in her world, and how the those systems differ from pure theoretical communism and discusses the Orwellian literary examples (as best she can without having the books handy). ]

[ An hour or three (and a pitcher of iced tea) later, she pauses, her voice a little rough form the constant talking. ]

Now that's before we get into the psychological issues involved with each.

[He comes in and listens to her intently, nodding every couple minutes in recognition.]

My word, so that is what a Communist is. ...I still don't understand why it is so terrible however. I feel like people here hate Communists, but they don't sound too different from regular people. Just with different beliefs and economic values.

Don't shout about it. Won't end well, let me tell you.

Well, I can't help it! I feel this horrifying urge to shout it out for some reason. Is it such a bad thing?

You ain't a communist. I ain't arresting anyone!

cueballer July 13 2011, 23:02:32 UTC
If you try to arrest me, I must be quite honest and say I will resist. I do not believe that I should be imprisoned for being a Communist! [Even when he still has zero idea what a communist is.]

[As the self-proclaimed "Communist" goes loudly about his business declaring his "Communism", Slugger has taken to spying on him just to see what will become of him. For now he's staying petty well hidden and keeping his distance; it might not be a good idea to be caught nearby if something happens to the guy.]

[And continue to shout he will, oblivious to Slugger's stalking. Not have omniscience does have some downsides.]
