3. What is that one scene that you’ve always wanted to write but can’t be arsed to write all of the set-up and context it would need? (consider this permission to write it and/or share it anyway).Oh, so many! But mainly a short one-shot. When I saw the Star Trek TNG episode "Genesis", Data's cat Spot had kittens. Spot de-evoluted into a lizard.

Spot is apparently a trans cat, Data calls Spot "he" in earlier episodes and "she" in later ones.

Spot turned up in the movie Generations. I believe Data had several cats that he always named Spot. There was more than one in the series and the cat always looked different.

I could never figure out if that was intentional or bad continuity.

They changed animal trainers. The first ones used were long haired Somali cats (really gorgeous). The new animal trainers used orange tabbies. That is why they changed.

I had to Google it because it was bugging me. lol!
