Crawfish...

Today at lunch we went to a Cajun restaurant. I’ve never had crawfish, so I ordered a crawfish boil with all three sauces (garlic butter, Cajun, something else I can’t remember) and corn on the cob cooked in the same bag. I had to wear a bib and plastic gloves. It was good, even though there were about a hundred crawfish. I spattered all over

Less flavorful lobster tails. I was a tad disappointed. You'd be better off with shrimp. Also the ratio of meat to actual crawfish is very small.

Yeah well I guess that's why they serve so many cuz they're not very filling.

Crawfish are pretty messy by nature unless you get them already shelled. I love them but I love shellfish in general.
