It's unbelievably frustrating to not be able to do anything. When I walk the dog I have to use my cane and I get really sick.

No, I was working with the International Emmy Awards as a screener, and they had all of the series there! I spent three days and nights watching them! "I eat too much, I drink too much, I smoke too much, I am too much." Words to live by.

An American remake with a lousy actor flopped.

It was a marvelous programme, wasn't it? I used to watch it with my mam when I lived at home.
I'll always remember the episode with Robert Carlyle - LIV.ERP.DoubleO.L.Liverpool FC.

Scared the bejesus out of me!

I did see the American version once or twice, and couldn't get used to Cracker being small and thin.

Sorry to hear that you're not feeling too well. I spent a few summers in NY and it was hottttttttttt!
