Birthmarks are hereditary. My brother and I have nearly identical birthmarks on our right upper bodies. Thanks for reading!

That birthmark thing was so strange once they said that House and Thomas weren't related. I figured Wilson lied to protect House from having Thomas as a father. I like your idea too though! :)
