Ok so... this week I had two meetings about when I would be coming back to work.  The first meeting on Tuesday was when they proposed me going to 'part-time' so I come watch my Daughter grow up and be a parent rather than on the side lines and just being at work all the time.  I was upset... going part-time means I would have to give up my position
