I found the highlight of this piece to be the dialogue. I've wondered when Orihime will outright tell Ichigo that she's staying. You worded that very well.

However, there were several errors that bothered me.

The first of these was spelling. You need to keep it consistent. Going along with Kubo-affirmed spellings may not be for the best if it confuses you. However...their names are Nel and Nnoitra. Nell and Noitora are fine, but I can't stress being consistent.

Also, the word is "reiatsu." An easy-to-miss spelling error, but I nitpick.

“But he’s head exploded!” should be "But his head exploded!"

You don't use punctuation well in quotations, but that's grammar that really just needs practice.

...and the romantic in me disapproves of the tongue. But that's just me being a bit of a prude. .///.

O_O for a first time you really got this canon! this is exactly how i see their confessions happening. only ichigo would realize his feelings in the middle of a fight. ^^'
