I had a shitty day. Nothing particularly *bad* happened. But I did have a major experiment to take care of ( Read more... )

I know this wasn't the point of your story (and by the way I missed 2 things this fourth, Frontier Days and your house)

but Gonads injected ... 32 that made me laugh.

sorry your crappy day made mine better.

Then you must know what a gonad is, that's cool. A lot of people don't. You're welcome for the laugh. :)

ohhhhhh pretty dragonfly!!!!!

what sort of experiment are you doing? or is that a secret.

Ive never done karoke, but it seems like fun. I would never sing though.

Your neighbour is an alien baby????? Now you have to tell us more of that story.
Have a good weekend!

The experiments that I'm currently doing revolve around trying to figure out how one specific gene is regulated in developing sex organs of the mouse. This particular gene increases only in the female at the time of sex determination. So, we're trying to figure out what it does, how it's controlled, etc.

My neighbor claims to be the product of aliens because he doesn't get along with his family. Well, he likes his two sisters (who live on the other side of us in another house), but not any one else in the family. All of them were together for the 4th, which is the reason why he got drunk and ended up at our house. :)

AND you love Miyazaki!? Could you be any cooler, seriously? What's your favorite? Mine's Princess Mononoke! :)

Have you ever considered the fact that maybe you're just as big a nerd as I am and that's the only reason you find me so fascinating??? I don't know what my favorite is yet. This past weekend, I begged Chris to buy me Spirited Away, Kiki and Castle in the Sky because they were on sale (finally!). I have yet to watch Castle. I have Mononoke and I really enjoyed it, but too many furry critters die... I'm a softie for the critters. I really enjoy Spirited Away though... I haven't seen Porco Rosso or Nausicaa yet.
