All of the guitar playing on the live Zeppelin record, How the West Was Won, is absolutely unfuckwithable. There is a pretty wild almost bluegrassy digression in the middle of Heartbreaker, but the real treat is the solo on Since I've Been Loving You, with the bass and drums holding it down slow, and then Page just bursts out and starts shredding and melts your face.

On a more mellow level, the solo on "Jockey Full of Bourbon" by Tom Waits is pretty delicious.
