only a small portion of lower manhattan was evacuated. I really doubt she lives in the portion of the EV by the river as real estate tends to be a lot cheaper and the neighborhood not as lively bc it's not well connected to the subway.

if she's still there it means she's in a place that not needed to be evacuated. Not all NYC had to.
Obama said to ask their police department if it needed the evacuation or not!
