Except when it's not. Don't get me wrong, I love the whole concept of making double time for few hours a week, especially at this time of the year, but going to work when it's dark out and then leaving work when it's dark out makes for one super long day. So if anyone wants to do anything in the next few weeks you may need to give me a few days

Try vitamin D; I find it really helps with my SAD.

Also, the 15 minutes of sunshine a day doesn't really work. The farther north (or south) you go, the stronger the angle of the sun coming in. Our latitude makes us perpetually vitamin D deficient.
