There are so many potential punk and emo band names in Neuromancer. Actually, there is one called Straylight Run who did just that.

A French band called The Young Gods had an album called "TV Sky". But they were more industrial-ish. And then there was Mona Lisa Overdrive. They were definitely industrial.
