I just wrote a seriously awesome and profound post you all would have loved.  But, I just deleted it.  Ugh.

 I am so out of touch....recently I have been finding all technology rather repellent.  No email, no facebook, no LJ.  It's not that I don't love you all...I'm just tired of typing and loading and waiting.  Bah humbug.  I'm happy to talk on the phone though.  Let's talk!

Just a quick post to say that being back at school this week was AWESOME.  I had a great week.  Really great.

I'm a sick bunny today.  I think I have a sinus infection.  Pooh!

Pepper's home and she's soooooo purry and happy.  Yay! And the kittens are healthy!  Double yay!

On Saturday I went to visit Pepper at the vet.  They are really awesome and I sat with her for an hour.  Her temperature went down a bit and the vet said she was hopeful.  That evening at 9pm, we got an excited phone call telling us that Pepper's fever had gone  down even further and she said, she had a strong feeling things were looking up.  Being ( Read more... )

Poor Pepper.   We just got the end of the day call---she needs to stay another night.  The vets worked really hard and found an antibiotic that will probably not pass onto the kittens and cause sickness.  Her fever is not down yet.  We'll see how she is and the kittens tomorrow.  As for good news, since Pepper has had an IV and eaten, the kittens ( Read more... )

God, it keeps getting worse.  Peppers fever is not breaking.  They probably have to give her antibiotics.  They have told us that kittens who are weaned and bottle fed this early will probably die.  Sigh.

So poor Mama Pepper had to be taken back to the cat hospital today.  She is dehydrated and feverish.  She will have to spend the night and maybe be given anti-biotics.  If she needs drugs, we will have to feed the kittens.  OMG, 5 kittens fed 6-8 times per day.  Ack!  Like a baby---there will be some tired days ahead.  Not to mention that this ( Read more... )

Madame Pepper and her 5 kittens is back home and being spoiled silly.  I am soooooo relieved.  Everything is going really great!  Hooray!
