I cannot fully describe how great crystal_star_ss has been. She was very patient with my shortcomings as a buyer. She replied quickly even though she wasn't at home. She was kind enough to wait until after rain stopped to send my magazine and kept me upto date with the status of my order. She was even apologetic about the delay in sending the item. The magazine arrived in near perfect condition with just some bending in one of the corners which would probably have been prevented if I had paid for better shipping. The bend could have also been caused by my friend who tore up the package when it arrived at his house.
