Okay, so I'm a little caught up in writing fanfic right now, but I will get back to translating stuff eventually. And so, a poll:

I said I'd write up what I found funny/interesting from the commentaries, but altogether that's like four hours of material holy jeez so I'm going to translate the interviews before that to make it easier on myself

You know, since I was up late last night watching the two movies in succession, I am so up for reading some TTGL fic right now.

Why is there so little fic of it, anyway?

I DON'T KNOW it supposedly has a HUGE fandom but from what little stuff actually gets posted you'd never know it. D: Though I do really appreciate what does get posted~~

Maybe it's a case of the fandom being, at least in it's most vocal parts, largely male, and most fanfic writers being female? IDK. It's a theory.

Speaking of AUs, I'm against an actual sequel to TTGL... but I sure would love an AU spin-off that uses the same characters in a completely different setting. :V

If it'd be easier on you, I wouldn't mind a paraphrased version(s). A sort of Spark Notes-esque summary including interesting new comments or facts would probably be a lot less time-consuming than a word-for-word translation.

Oh, that's what I'm planning. A word-for-word translation would kill me. But even doing that, there's still a LOT because they're all talking constantly. x_x
