I miss Edinburgh. I could actually point to where I used to live on that photograph. Had many a drunken night out in Walkabout... or was it just the one??? *is confuzzled*

Also, why have I never met up with you and Stacey? This puzzles me.

It's such a beautiful city, I do enjoy visiting. Alas I've never actually managed a night out in it :S my plans always fall through! lol

This puzzles me also, seeing as we all live in the same place, practically! We should arrainge something, methinks. ...any chance you're attending the Blue Gillespie gig next weekend?

not even if you paid me... actually, if you're willing to pay I might think about it *waggles eyebrows* I honestly don't see the appeal in their music, but i guess, I like the metal floor at the catty and goin to the Arches, so, not really my thing :p

We've kind of known each other for years too. We really don't have much of an excuse.

lmao! Well it's a sold out gig so they can't be that bad ;D I like the sort of rocky-jazz thing they had going the first time I ever heard them (like 2years ago), they've changed a bit since then but I'm going for old times sake and because I can't just *not* go when they're in Glasgow.

This is very true! We'll need to make a plan sometime and get that sorted XD

(We did come up with a theory on how they pick the lead males btw, and in case you're wondering, it all has to do with the size of the bulge they're sporting. No seriously. And I just want to say that these things are really goddamned distracting! O_O my poor eyes.)

LOL!

Must. See. Legion.

But can't cos my stupid local cinema isn't showing it. They're not showing Solomon Kane either. They are made of fail.

sdfghjk my local cinema wasn't showing it either! D: I had to go into town to watch it, which was rather inconvenient since I'd love to see it again without all the travelling! lol. But it was AMAZING and I'd totally recommend checking it out :D

haha, probably! I swear to god you couldn't take your eyes of those things! T'was most disturbing ;D heh.

I haven't been to a ballet in years. A good one to see if you're not really into ballet is the Nutcracker at Christmas. It's fun. ;p

Sounds like you had a good time!

I've seen (at least parts of) the Nutcracker on the tv almost every Christmas XD ...I'm not sure I could watch it through the whole thing through, lol.

It was a good couple days, yes. I think I needed the break more than anything so it was very easy to enjoy X)

Ah, maybe it'd be better to watch all of it once rather than bits. ;p Though I haven't really seen one since I used to do it. (As soon as I get my hands on it I will BURN the physical evidence though.)

Sometimes you just need a break and not to be at home, where you go doesn't really matter.

Legion is amazing! I loved it very much so would say that you totally have to watch it, heh. I'm hoping to see Alice in Wonderland next weekend (taking my mom for mother's day) so good to know you enjoyed it! haha, there needs to be some sort of discount card no matter what cinema you go to!

:( me too. ugh. but family had to come first this weekend. I'm just glad you managed to still go/get the ticket refunded.
