OMG! Have you read/listened to the Torchwood novels? 'Cause as soon as you mentioned that they had something that would help with the radiation, my brain went "GAH!" and remembered something from one of them. :D

Yay, more story! I'm amused by the fact that Team torchwood can't believe in supernatural powers, while Peter can't believe in aliens. :D

Lol. I figured there'd be a bit of scepticism from both sides. Because, though it's one thing to believe in aliens/humans-with-powers it's quite another to believe in the other. You know?

Hmmm... maybe it wasn't in the novel...
Or maybe it was somewhere else and I just forgot about it until it was mentioned in the novel. LOL! What I'm thinking of is some kind of radiation absorber. (It absorbed like 8 different types of radiation, which is more than we know exist at this point in history :) ) If I remember correctly, it was given to Owen to soak up radiation that he'd picked up from somewhere. Or maybe I'm just confusing the whole thing with a fanfic that I read somewhere. LOL!

No, no! That *was* in the novels. I remember the joke about Ianto's testicles in that part quite clearly XD but the necklace/sponge thing he wore I don't think would help much if Peter went nuclear again. Though, I suppose it would have to be tested. ...I could still use it though, because I actually hadn't even thought of it! ::ponders::

The device I'm planning to use is actually in the series and will serve a dual purpose ;D I'm saying no more though!
