I really want to see Sleigh Bells live - how were they?

As you might expect...raucous, loud. Really good in terms of going to have a good time. I mean, I guess you don't go see them to see a good show musically...you go for the spectacle and to have your ears bleed a bit. It was a good show b/c it was them opening for Yeasayer, so good double bill. Tra saw them twice as she scooted over to see them at Primavera also...I remained at another stage to watch Pavement.

I don't think I'd give up Pavement to see them...I was hoping it would be damaging to already fragile hearing and the kind of show you show up to already toasted. :)
