1. the money is ok but it's definitely nowhere near what i need to be making..
I completely understand that. I'm scrounging for hours at my job this summer because the salary's just not enough. My overseas program last trimester really wiped me out, and I'm struggling. Fortunately I live at home right now and don't have a car payment -- I share my mom's car with her and just pay her gas money.
2. i need to stop hanging out with him like i do
Based on what you've said in this entry, I think you're right. I think you know it, too, you just need to find the will power to say "no." I'm confident you can do it, and in my opinion you'll be much better off! We're young! Who wants to waste time stuck in a weird position? :)
yay here's a very late welcome back! ;) Its soooo easy to forget about these LJ's. Hopefully I'll want to write in them now that school is begining again. I'm sorry about your job situation. I know being short on money can be really stressful. I didn't work much last summer (of 2006) and I started out with hardly any funds my junior year. It sucked. Ramen was a very frequent meal. Luckily, I didn't take any summer classes this summer and worked my ass off (hence neglecting LJ and my email and things like that)so I finally have money. but anyway, yeah, I know the sinking feeling in your stomach when you have things to pay off that you just can't pay off. :(
oh and with the boyfriend situation, if I were you, I'd dump him on his ass and say choose one of us and stick to them. You can't hold your life and feelings on the line until he feels he's ready to come back to you for.. how long this time? damn tracy. get rid of him. please? I beg you. Don't let this ass control you like that.
