Chemistry is a good thing. If you've got it, then definitely play with it for now. If the chemistry continues and he's not a douche, then BONUS! Just see where this goes. Have fun, let the walls (or at least some of them) come down sometimes. It's healthy.

As far as the whole 11 year age gap thing: woo-hoo!!! You get some of that woman! If he doesn't care, neither should you!
