I'm not feeling good at all. I woke up in pain and covered in sweat this morning. I made another doctor's appointment to try to see if something MORE could possibly be wrong with me. I think stress is just making me sicker

Eating would DEFINITELY help. If you can manage some mild exercise too -- even a little walking -- that might also help. It's surprising how much mood can be affected by physical things like that.
I'm so sorry you're ill. It sounds a little like what my sister went through when she finally separated from my niece's father. She got really stressed out over everything and developed IBS for a while there. Not fun.
