Title: See You at the Crossroads

This is well-written, emotional, and interesting... But I don't actually know what happened in it. Was Sam cursed or something? What was wrong with Dean at the end? Why were they shooting each other with salt rounds? Why were they meeting at crossroads? *confused*

Ah, see, I knew it was confusing! xD I think my brain is just a big mess. However, I will happily answer your questions so that you are no longer confused.

No, Sam isn't cursed. The boys separated because they couldn't see eye-to-eye on the issue of Lilith. The middle section with the Road House was my attempt to symbolize that.

Hmm... I reread that paragraph, and I see why you're confused. That actually wasn't Dean that showed up. Another hunter had stolen the Impala and used it to try to lure Sam into a false sense of security ( ... )

Okay, it all makes sense now! I sort of suspected that was what was happening, but I wasn't sure.

(Possibly my confusion stems from being a little high on cold medicine, so yeah. XD)

I never know what's going to happen when I start writing something. Sometimes I forget people can't see what's going on inside my head.
