I had a septoplasty performed yesterday. It basically was to straighten my nose and correct my deviated septum. Translation: I could only breathe out of one nostril. This has been plaguing me for a long time. And whenever I got a cold or any kind of sinus problem, my one good nostril would become clogged/blocked/stuffed. So I couldn't breathe

In middle school, I was sick of everyone butchering my name (Nihara), so I decided that my sophisticated new name would be 'Crystal'. I even started writing that name on my papers, and got my teachers to call me that--they found it very amusing.

That was a fun yearbook moment. But that was just like the phase where I called my parents by their first names;)I tried on the name, and it just didn't fit me, and I like mine right now;) Hence the username/alias. But that is such a cool coincidence! I hope to get better soon too:(
