I'm so sad. I saw it coming, but it's been a bad surprise anyway. I'd so love to offer as a mod, but I know for sure that I'd fail, and for the same reasons as you: life changed dramatically and my time and brain are very limited, especially for something that requires constant committment. Yes, I'm taking part to other challenges, but there I don't feel I have to do it, so I can skip a week, and I basically do what my time and energy allow me to do.

I really wish that some participant can take the comm in her hands, but once more you are taking the right decision, that is not to let this comm die of a slow death. I'd rather remember it as the LJ icontest that helped me through the months when my father was sick and was the only reason I'd come on the net for a while. Thank you, cuz I never saw -and will never see- any icontest which was ruled in such special way, with no falls, no lack of rules, always providing the caps, always there when we needed it.

Oh I just love you to pieces. It makes me so happy that something I love so much has brought you joy. So far, there are no takers for the community so I fear it might go away all together. I wish I could devote the same amount of time to it but I just can't. :( Thank YOU for always being so supportive!! *hug*
