Hope, and a lot of Fang. The first paragraph of your personality description fits Hope extremely well. Hope intially appears cold and confident, but he's friendly and talkative when people get to know him. He's usually calm and patient, hiding his feelings, but he has a limit and it shows at times. Hope is reserved, and likes to see both sides of things. He's also pretty fair, and I think he would be similarly motivated.
