Bloggin' Japanese style

In case some of you forgot, I live in Japan. Every now and then I see things in Japan that make me laugh hysterically. I've also taken up Kit Kat collecting. You can get them in all different flavors. The one I got today was sports drink flavored. Yum! A friend got me some peach and some rose flavored ones. They were tasty, too.

It was at a store over at Grandberry Mall. But I've seen them all over. Even Ayase mall has some.

Yes yes. :) Hungarians are VERY proud that there are more Hungarian Nobel Peace Prize winners than any other ethnicity. (Actually more than half of them are.) Needless to say, many are of Hungarian decent, but don't actually live in Hungary or have lived there only a short time and were not living here when they received it... but oh well! They take credit for everything. From the ball point pen, fire, the wheel, Jesus (apparently He was Hungarian??), and the most impressive Rubix Cube. They have most always been second place in everything, but just this past Olympics they FINALLY got a first place medal in Water Polo. You should see the building sized photos of the team everywhere. They really ARE awesome people!

KAWAII!!

For some reason, the Hungarian slant on World History made me think of 'A Knight's Tale'. "Well the pope may be French, but Jesus was English. You're on!" Uhm...not quite guys, but bonus points for enthusiasm!
