This is so so so so sad! But so very beautiful!
You've managed to bring something which is so very serious into a story which completely respects it. Blaine's reactions are what makes this story, while Kurt's frailty is so very exquisite.
I can't wait to see more of this story, even though it already sounds heartbreaking!
