But I'm actually 18 years old now.

For some reason, I don't know if I'm supposed to feel different, what with everyone telling me I'm of legal age now. It feels a little weird but I had a lot of fun eating out with my family and friends.

Heh, I can tell you from personal experience that you generally don't feel any different at eighteen -- it's hardly the magical boundary into full adulthood that some people make it out to be. XD

The only thing you should notice right away is that booze is easier to come by. :p

Yeah, I've noticed. Well, I'm not really different, it's not like I had a magical radical change in one day. ^^

Congratulations! And I'm gonna echo what Rhodanum said: being 18 doesn't really feel any different. (I can't even claim booze because our legal drinking age is 16 :p)

But anyway, try to have some fun despite the work!

As everyone else said, at 18 you don't really feel things any different (for me, after I turned 18 I actually have more free time, but also some more responsibilities). Btw, congratulations!

Just relax, you don't need to bury yourself more with the work.

Well, I'm already feeling the effects of those responsibilities either way so I guess I'll just have to do what I can.

Happy birthday! XD Contrary to the others I did feel a little different at eighteen, but it didn't last long. Eighteen is what you make it to be, as corny as that sounds.
