like a log
last night i slept so good. after being up at 6 to go swimming, working to and from work (with a side-trip to luke's work adding on a good 10 minutes to my ride) in -20o weather, eating and hanging out with luke's family, and having a neck headache from swimming, i was conked out before 10:00

i don't know how you categorize it, but the "vegan" category is where i would fit best and probably where i would "prefer" to go.
