Haven't seen anyone post about it yet.... but Moustapha Akkad, producer of the "Halloween" movies, was killed in a suicide bombing while attending a wedding a few days ago. It's a sad day for horror movie dorks.

I know. That fucking sucks. Kinda brings home the whole suicide bombing for me. The whole jock that joins the army right outta highschool only to die a month later with a gilfreind he's supposed to have maried doesn't really mean anything to me.
