[The camera catches a glimpse of a large metal rod slamming into the ground near the docks - it sticks there, leather-bound end protruding upright. Sitting next to it is a man in a heavy leather jacket. He's got rows upon rows of cigars strapped to his left arm and across the front of the coat.]
[An inhale sends the two cigars in his mouth aflame. He pauses, blue eyes turning to the camera.]
I'll make this short and sweet. My name is Smoker; I've been here off and on - you could call it an inconvenient tour of duty. The Task Force is my priority here; we're trying to instill some law and order to this shit hole called Nuadoria. If you think this is all just a horrible nightmare, it isn't. The long and short of it is this: you're stuck here. If you end up trying to leave, you'll end up right where you started with an added migraine bonus. Don't be stupid.
