Should Brukhas Be Banned?

I was reading a blog today and came across one attacking Muslim women for wearing Burkhas in America. Michael Savage goes on a rampage saying that "they are Nazis who spit on Americans by wearing the burkha and kill their children". A whole host of comments say that having them wear one is a matter of national security. Should they be banned?

You'll find that a lot of my rants on this journal are politics related. I hadn't really heard of this guy until that particular blog entry and the made me want to know more. Sometimes ignorance really is bliss, because if you look you might find things that piss you off even more like the guy I posted after Savage.

Ignorance breeds hatred, it's human nature to dislike that which we don't understand. Short of education, I don't see how we are ever going to learn tolerance.

I don't think it's the hick towns or the president even though he is a retard. The public school system doesn't make it mandatory which in its own right is the flaw. You don't have to have global studies if you don't want it and a majority of the high school students are already so set in their ways that they don't want to know about anything else. It needs to be something that they start from grades two or three. that's what it is in the GCSE system, general knowledge and cultural knowledge is taught from earlier on when the minds are still relatively fresh
