Cornish game hens, perfectly proportioned for one or two people.  And who doesn't like handling what resembles a freakishly small raw chicken?

I tried a Gweneth Paltrow GOOP recipe on the first hen.  Go ahead, verbally abuse me for even knowing her trite little newsletter exists, I deserve it.  Recipe was still good, even if my kitchen doesn't
