I fall into idiosyncratic behavior if I'm not careful.  When I was in the military the behavior was overtly paranoid.  My barracks room was just that - a room with a bathroom attached.  I would come home, lock the door behind me and check the entire room for an intruder.  Under the bed, in the closets, and the shower stall.  Then I'd recheck ( Read more... )

I don't know, I might make more money if I came to work without them. In this economy you can't afford to be too wardrobed.

This is your "tick" we all have them, well 1 in 4 people anyway. Mine is to turn my neck so it cracks. I try to stop doing it, but the "pressure" build up until I can't stand it...Maybe you should just verbally aloud wh en youre leaving your house say, "I am wearing pants" :)

That's a good idea! Maybe I will start refering to the pants as if they were thier own entity...

Hee hee. It might be helpful. YOu could talk to them while you put them on. :) You know, I have to set my phone alarm for every hour to remind myself not to clench my teeth. :)
