Wow. I am seriously out of shape. And I don't mean bloopy, I mean weak. As in, where did all my upper body strength go? Why are my calves and thighs locked up from 2 minutes of jump rope and 10 squats/lunges? And the 10 girlie style push-ups? Dood. Kill me now.
Still, I managed to roll around in exercise clothes on Friday and again on Sunday
