I love the sound of your Thai concoction- this is way great new recipes are 'discovered'. Why not keep a food diary to avoid forgetting the great discoveries?!
Have you heard about the great diary event on tuesday next, when the National Trust want the population to record their day's events publicly, for posterity? Sounds a great idea - not sure I'll remember, but they are happy to have even the most mundane of entries - "got stuck in traffic for 2 hours" - that type of thing! You're so good at it, give it a try?!

So glad your cold is better. We've reached 1/2 term at last. We still have the kitchen to work on, and I have a commission to complete for an educational projectStay happy!
