005 - Harry Potter and the Map that used to be Useful [Action/Accidental Voice]

[Despite the cold, Harry is sitting underneath a tree, taking a rest. He's just come back from the forest, having buried Tom Riddle's wand somewhere that he hopes it will never be found. Harry is still frustrated about not being allowed to destroy it, despite the sound reasoning presented to him by his friends

[And, conveniently enough, Daisuke has been approaching the forest from the vague direction of "town", getting to know the terrain in this new home that felt a lot like Lord of the Flies on Crack. Though he doesn't really know the guy with the glasses, not knowing people can easily be fixed through conversation!]

I know right? There's a TON of people here from all over! It's really exciting to get to meet everyone, don't you think? Hey that's a cool map does it lead to treasure??

Er, it doesn't really lead to treasure. It's a map of a castle I've been in back home.

I never been in a castle! Well, a real castle, at least. Fortresses are kinda like castles but with a lot more things trying to kill you but I don't think they count.

How come you're reading a map for a place that's not here?

I used to go to school in one. They're really neat, but also kind of creepy. Lots of dark places. I've never been in a really fortress, though.

The Malnosso gave it to me. I thought I'd be able to see something useful on it.

[... Oh. Fuck.] It's a map of Hogwarts. [Please don't see the names, please don't see the names...]

... I suppose, but that's part of the charm of it.

[Hermione was out walking again today and... well hey, someone she wanted to talk to anyway. Yes, about the wand, but not to berate him for once. She approaches cautiously, holding onto her handbag in both hands as she does so.]

[She has no idea how he'll react to her so, she's just going to stand there and wait til he acknowledges her. Or until she realises what he's holding.]
