At this very moment, I am sitting here with Loreal "starry night" black hair dye in my hair. I will be washing it out in 3 minutes!

Maybe I'll go get it officially cut at Supercuts or something. I can't afford Juut anymore. It's already awfully short though but I think it needs some structure/style, plus I have no idea what it looks like in back!

Supercuts is fine for trims, and if you want a "style" bring in a picture for the best results. I've gotten several cuts from them at two different locations. But you have to lead them. I wouldn't go in there and ask for them to suggest styles or improvise.

Ok, I brought the Jan 08 InStyle mag and used the pic of Katie Holmes and my hair turned out a lot like hers, but black. I like it. :)

$18 for my cut at Vicki's Salon. Yes, I agree, you never know with those places. Even expensive places can give a ho hum haircut.

i stopped paying for haircuts years ago. for a few years i didnt cut it, but the past couple i've been cutting it once or twice or thrice a year in my bathroom. last time i put it in a ponytail and cut it there so it's longer in the front. i dont care if it's ever straight so it all works out well.
