Who is Mike He? He's very pretty.

And that's one of my favorite pictures of RA, too. He photographs very well in black and white, and the whole looking out from under his brows thing? [fans self]

Here's Mike He's Wikipedia page. He's a Taiwanese actor who's a pretty popular tv star in the country.

RA just has sex appeal, you know? It has not so much to do with looks as just a feel to him.

The thing I love about RA is how he can go from being a sneering, sexy bastard as Sir Guy to being completely and utterly charming in Vicar of Dibley. And he seems geniunely nice in the interviews I've seen, which is always a plus.

I think that duality to his acting is what made him so great in North and South, as Thornton is both a bastard AND a nice guy at the same time. He can also work the slow smoulder, but can turn it off too.

He seems very sweet and soft spoken in interviews and also seems to have a great sense of humor. He's just totally won me over. I'm willing to love any bastard he plays.
