The full Chronicles of Narnia trailer is online.
Narnia

Watched Bride and Prejudice last night (dangermousie would be proud). I really liked it. And let me just tell you, Aishwarya Rei (I hope that's a close spelling to her name) is just stunning. I have a girl crush on her. She and Martin Henderson were actually quite good together (though Henderson had ( Read more... )

Have you seen Devdas? Aishwarya Rei is unbelievably beyond beautiful in that. Seriously. And it's a great film, too. Apparantly it's the most expensive Bollywood film ever, and it really shows. It's gorgeous.

Ooooh, new layout!

Devdas is excellent and beautiful but it's really really tragic. Just warning :)

Yes, my LJ has been Dean-ified to suit my Supernatural obsession (it's like a disease, a wonderful, friggin' hot disease).

Do you have any recommendations for light, fluffy Bollywood in B&P tradition? Preferably more recent?

Since you seem to like Aishwarya: Kuch Na Kaho. It's light and fluffy and has her as the lead.

Hum Tum: it's sort of based on when Harry Met Sally. It's very cute and I remember you thinking that Saif Ali Khan (the guy who's the lead in this movie) is cute.

Dil Chahta Hai: it's about 3 urban friends and their romantic complications.

Bunty aur Babli: it's a comedy about a couple of petty crooks who hook up. I thought it was sweet and very funny.

Kal Ho Na Ho: it does have a sad end, but it's still a very funny and happy movie.

Kabhi Khushi Kabie Gham: it's a bit over the top and has some bizarre fashions, but it's fun throughout.

Hmmm, I can think of more, if you like.

It's so sweet spirited it's hard NOT to like it. And really, Henderson wasn't THAT bad so I don't see what all the bashing was about. And it was fun to see Naveen Andrews having fun since he's always so serious on Lost.

I do admit to laughing over Henderson's Kevin Sorbo hair for a while though. Is it just me or does he look like some bizarre cross between David Duchovney and Nick Lachey?

Anyway, loved the outtakes at the end too. It just looked like a fun movie to be involved with.
