Is it to early in the year to have regrets?

Well I had about 4 hours sleep last night, and not for a good reason! We got home about 1 ish then I think I read until about 2 then I annoyingly woke up at 5.30 and not jsut dosey wake up I was proper angsting. 
Well I hope you all had good new years eves? And are havign good days today?

Yeah I am. I'm writing it all out and boy is it theraputic! But I'm sure sleep with also help. Plus I think I deffo have a cold. I ache!
