I did go to be with a hot water bottle, whihc helped a lot.
Ive nto been to the docs but mum has been looking at it (shes a first aider and nos these things) and she said it'll be ok in a week, its deffo on the mend it jsut aches a bit still.

thank u! over what bit? hehe. no Im pretty sure hte doc couldnt do anything about my ackle now other than say rest it which I have been.

I'm in theroy working jsut outside the town about us but I will do stuff at home, mostly inputting arty peoples forms onto a data base.
