Summary: Lyle keeps his promise (made all the way back here) and takes advantage of the break in craziness to show Oliver some giant robots.

Oliver was lucky he heard the knock on the door at all. Since Lara's disappearance and the Doctor's holing himself up doing helmet analyses, he hadn't had many unannounced guests--any, actually. So he was lounging in his room, enjoying a bag of crisps while listening to his mp3. At the sound, he stopped his mp3 and set the bag of crisps down, taking off the mp3 and putting both on the table next to him. "Hey, come on in!" he called, wondering who was there.

Lyle pushed the door open and popped his head round it, giving a small wave. "Guess who," he grinned, before the rest of his body followed his head into the room. "I haven't interrupted anything major, have I?"

Oliver grinned when he saw that it was Lyle. Just the sort of fun distraction he'd been hoping for! Sometimes he almost missed when things were crazy on the ship. It got too boring when they weren't.

"Nah, that'd only happen if you tried to talk to the Doctor right now. I think I'm done being important for a while."

"Well, we can leave him to do important things, then, if that's what keeps him happy," he said, leaning back against the wall casually and looking around the room with slight curiosity. Really, he was just glad that there was someone else who didn't seem to have any idea about what to do next.

"Meanwhile, I had something else in mind if you're interested."

Oliver raised an eyebrow, unable to help an eager grin. "Really? Like what?"
