So, today I went and got malaria pills and a hepatitis A and typhoid shots for the belize trip. I had no idea about the shots but wtf, it can't really hurt and insurance covers it.

My sexual history, the fact I am a foreigner, the fact I lived in Africa for two years, (and I also lived in the UK) makes me pretty much prevented to donate blood anywhere in the world any time in the future.

*giggles* A friend of mine learned the hard way about one little box that prevented him ever giving blood in the US again. Poor thing, only sixteen and already too homosexual for the government to want his blood. He was quite displeased.
