He crossed his arms over his chest and stated in a very 'matter-of-factly' tone, "If you dropped a coin from this height and some stupid 000 was below, it's highly probable it'd fracture their skull."

"Really? Hardcore. But I'll take you up on that when theres folk milling about. Its a bit early, see. Only the hobos around, and they tend to have the good sense to choose doorways." Getting to his feet, the Reaper removed a stick of candy from his mouth. "How goes. Didn't sense you around the happy-hotel through the cyclone."

"Assuming the gravity on Crucen is equivalent to that of Earth, yes," he smirked. He wanted to try it too, test out his calculations, but the Harrier was right. There was no one out at this time in the day. Of course, he didn't have the best concept of time in regarding the schedules of others. His highly irregular sleeping patterns were to thank for that.
"Same old garbage, you?" He looked up at the sky with mild curiosity, "And I wasn't; found a > view of the show."

"Very nice. Doesn't take a meteorologist to work out though that the cyclone certainly wasn't an act of god, but whoever runs the show here..." well, thats where his money was. " Whoever they are, they have to be tapped in the head to cut the power and give us this stunning display. Must have been here the entire time; but the neon nightglow prevented us all from seeing it. "
...Either that, or they purposely did it in order to panic people. Ohyes. It seemed less and less likely that a refugee of some mad freakish power did this. But machines that changed the weather... was that even possible? Who knew. But Kariya certainly wasn't one to take chances and dismiss things like that.
