It's amazing how much they tried to cram into an hour and a half OVA. Haseo, Ovan, Atoli, Yata, Pai, Kuhn, and a little bit of Shino and the rest. Sometimes the storyline felt forced. Now, if they made an actual trilogy instead of one, that would be a lot better. One OVA for each volume of the G.U. series would have been better.

Hah! Finally getting around to watching .hack//G.U. TRILOGY. For those who don't know it, it's a CGI OVA of the G.U. Trilogy, thus the title of the OVA. Hopefully I will be getting a Blu Ray machine so I can get the Blu Ray edition of the OVA when it comes out in America.

If you haven't noticed, volume two is out now! So, go ahead and buy it. For some reason, there's a calendar that comes free with it. Pretty cute I suppose. And just like the last set, it's two disc and covers the remanding episodes.

Does anyone know when the American DVDs of this series will come out? I'm actually tired of Sci-Fi channel and the whole commercial blocks that they use.

So, it seems the first three episodes of Junjo Romantica is basically the first volume of the manga. There were a few things left out, but not every anime follows the manga line per line. The sex scenes were handled well considering this is pretty much mainstream for Japan. It doesn't take a lot of imagination to know when they are doing something ( Read more... )

So, finally watching the American release of the first Naruto movie. I've watched it a few years ago, but it was in Japanese and the subtitles were in Portuguese. Either way, the animation is actually nice. Can't say for the following movies about the quality, but it's better than the show itself.

So, it seems that the dubbed version of the series isn't as bad as some otakus are complaining about. (When I meant complain, I meant how they go on about how evil America is making THEIR precious anime into crap.
