It'll be nice once I figure it out!! LOL!! I also got a book on "sewing with sergers" to go with it and goodness knows just looking over the book I am ten kinds of confused. It's intimidating me in its box right now!! I will poke at it later this week. XD

Mine is a Brother, it was one of the ones that looked the best on Amazon and hopefully it will work well for me! I know the home use models of sergers are supposed to be easy to use but man just the fact that it takes four cones of thread is a lot for me to process, hehe. :) I'm so curious to play around with it... now my poor Singer sewing machine can have a little bit of a rest, hehe. :)

I finally got it to work! XD

And I am too!! Gosh it took us 11 hours to get home, we left around 11am. Granted we stopped at Trader Joe's... haha! But that is right around the corner from Joe's parents' house. We ended up leaving Trader Joe's around 11 or so. I guess it's not too bad that what is normally a 9-hour drive took only 11 hours in all the holiday traffic AND snow... we were so freaking cold though. ;____;

I used some of that iTunes gift card to download all 7 of the Narnia books on audio book on the iPod, though, and we listened to The Magician's Nephew on the way home. It was great! Audio books seem to help keep me awake. :3

Eww anti freeze smelling socks? It been cold here in South Texas the last couple of days also. I do know those car problems. As long as I can afford it I will always have a good car, had car problems in the past. Well, Crassa I hope that machine helps get your project done quicker also.

I had a great holiday :) I got quite a few nice things this year. :) As for snow, we just got over a foot and a half of the stuff up here. We just finished digging out this evening.
