Gah it is soo rough to lose someone so fast. I guess do your best to write down all the things they did and meant for you in your life. Try to gather something to remember them by. Talk about them when you can so the pain will heal a bit faster. I have found the more you talk about the one you miss the easier it gets to let them go.
