I had to eat a bagel this morning, one of the ones with HFCS in it. After eating the bagel, my tummy still felt hungry. O_o I still feel like I'm hungry. It's the first HFCS I've consumed since... oh, the weekend, I suppose. Trying to think back, most of what I've had has not had any of the corn syrup in. I'd read before that consuming HFCS ( Read more... )

Ya know since like a week ago thats been happening to me to.

I get up everyday around 7am go to work and home by 530p, after about 630-700 i start getting really tired and worn out. I normally can stay up to midnight with no problem and get right back up at 7 again the next day.
But lately Ive been going to bed really early because I just feel so tired.

Must be the weird seasons here. Its dark around 530 and its been like 80 degrees here everyday when it should be cold o.O?

Yeah, that might have something to do with it actually, bodies going into "winter mode" when we're not actually experiencing winter weather. It's been sooo warm here the past few days... but we have that front moving in, we're supposed to get chillier weather by Sunday. It stinks. :P

We're going to try that actually, we're planning to start walking together as soon as I get home from work. Joe will walk around the block with me and Reo would love that too. ;)

I can't wait to get my Gazelle and use that in the evenings, I think that will probably help my energy too. :P

I've been the same way - so tired when I come home that even though I have grand plans to get things done I don't do much. I hate it. I need to do stuff in my off time, not just veg. It makes me wonder if a 2nd shift job would be better for me in that sense.
